By bringing together the needs of higher education institutions, the function will help secure better terms for software licences and IT services, more efficient contract management, and support on procurement and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are pleased to welcome Reza Taghvai and Martin Lumsby to the team! Reza works with IT contracts and licensing at the University of Gothenburg, while Martin is a Licence Coordinator at Uppsala University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>What I am most looking forward to about being part of UniDig\u2019s licensing function is the opportunity to coordinate the sector\u2019s shared needs, strengthen our position with suppliers, and work together to find smarter and more cost-effective ways of managing licences and contracts.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reza Taghvai<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>For me, the most interesting aspect of UniDig\u2019s licensing function is the opportunity to bring together experiences from different higher education institutions, strengthen coordination, and jointly develop shared solutions that can benefit more institutions.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Martin Lumsby<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UniDig har nu startat sin licensfunktion.
